Updated 8/25/17.  I sold my original 5.8 acres in Berrien Springs and purchased 20 acres in Baroda last month. I have hired an architect and am currently working on plans for a 5-guestroom B&B. I will be presenting them to the township later this fall. I hope to break ground in the spring of 2018.
