		<description>Tiffany, you can use melted butter or canola oil (I forgot to say either or).  The buttermilk is mixed with the eggs, oil and other wet ingredients and then mixed into the dry ingredients.  Or you can mix the dry ingredients into the combined wet ingredients.  I do it both ways.</description>
