| Central Lake may be a smaller village, but its beauty and opportunities are quite bountiful. We are located at the North end of Intermediate Lake in the middle of the “Chain of Lakes” in Antrim County, and the town of Central Lake was founded in 1883. Winter sports are plentiful here, including swooshing down the ski slopes, or gliding with lightening speed over the top of the abundant snow aboard your shiny snowmobile. Spring and fall bring us out into nature again, with hunting, or fishing for that elusive catch out on the lakes. Don’t forget to bring your golf clubs, so you can work on your game, see how children of the past lived at the Central Lake C of C Children’s Museum. Maybe you’d like to just sit awhile and enjoy the quiet here in our quaint Northwestern Michigan village. |
