Coleman

Be sure to stop by the town of Coleman, as you are enjoying your well-deserved vacation here in Northeast Michigan. Coleman is located in Midland County near Clare, Michigan, and is considered to be a part of the Midland Metro area. The town was named after an early settler and land owner by the name of Seymour Coleman. The area may be peaceful, but there’s still plenty to see and do. Resorts, golf, charter boats, bowling, canoeing—all can be enjoyed here in our town. If hiking or horseback riding are your favorite activities, then the Rails to Trails program will interest you. The Pere Marquette Trail, formerly a railroad corridor, has been paved all the way from Coleman to Midland, and provides a lovely venue for your exercise today. Coleman, Michigan is simply a beautiful place to be.
