A true 'up north' experience awaits you at Wind in the Pines Bed & Breakfast.  Enjoy the warmth and comfort of staying in a real log home.  We are nestled among acres of pines, offering quiet and peaceful relaxation.  Our three guest rooms reflect the beauty of the north woods with their pine cone, bear and moose themes.  Our rooms are spacious with king, queen, or twins beds; TVs; DVD players; and en suite baths.  A full, hot breakfast is served daily at 9:00 a.m.  Perfectly situated at the base of the Leelanau Peninsula - and just five miles from downtown Traverse City - providing easy access to all that the Grand Traverse Region has to offer.  Enjoy Sleeping Bear Dunes, Interlochen, the wineries of Leelanau and Old Mission Peninsulas, unique shopping and, a wide array of dining experiences.  Our guests tell us that our location is ideal - away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to experience all that the city and the surrounds have to offer.  We take pleasure in assisting you create perfect day trips - we will be happy to offer suggestions and directions.  We look forward to your stay!  OPEN May 1st - October 31st.
