Chateau Chantal offers in-house cooking classes two weekends per month January-April. Nowhere will you find a more enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and realistic cooking teacher than Nancy Allen. Enjoy the fruits of your labor at the end of class with our Chantal wines!

Welcome to Dove Nest B&B with its special, unique atmosphere and location. We are in close proximity not only to the best beaches, unforgetable sunsets, picturesque downtown of St.Joseph but also very close to local farms, sourrounded by vineyards and apple orchards. For our hot and delicious breakfast we use local farm eggs, meat, vegetables and fruit in season. Amish cheese and artizan breads make their way to our table. Bring back home the taste of Pure Michigan - maple syrup, fruit, eggs, preserves. Just stop at STOVER's U-PICK red barn and try their special fruit preserve combined with nuts. You will come back for more. Or visit NYE's APPLE BARN - all just a few miles from our B & B.

The bed and breakfast uses in-season Michigan fruits and vegetables with some coming directly from the gardens on site.

Located in the heart of Southwest Michigan's Amish Country, Voyager's Inn has access to freshness in every direction! Our strawberries, blueberries, peaches, cherries and apples, served fresh in the spring and summer, or preserved for off-season, come from Corey Lake Orchard in Three Rivers, where you can pick your own or make a purchase at the farm stand. Outstanding fresh vegetables, from asparagus to zucchini, can also be found at Corey Lake, the Three Rivers Farmer's Market, and Nottawa Farm Market (just east of Centreville). And you won't want to miss our breakfast entrees that feature farm-fresh eggs and local cheese!

Come to Serendipity Bed and Breakfast and taste some of the best scones, biscotti, and quiches in Saugatuck! We use fresh-picked peaches and apples from Crane's U-Pick Orchards and blueberries from Krupka's Blueberry Plantation, both just a few minutes away from Saugatuck. We feature homemade raspberry and strawberry jam and apple butter, all of which perfectly complement our delicious scones at breakfast!

We also serve our own special blend of coffee (Serendipity Blend) from the best coffee shop in town, Uncommon Grounds, just around the corner from Serendipity.

Head for the Greens Market across the street from Serendipity at the Saugatuck Center for the Arts for fresh local produce.

Are you a turophile? Lovers of cheese will discover the wide world of cheese at the Cheese Lady in downtown Muskegon. Cheese, cheese and more cheese plus infused olive oils, flavored vinegars, wines, and everything to complement your selection can be found just a 20 minute drive from White Swan Inn.

We speak FOOD in Kalamazoo! When you stay at the Kalamazoo House, you're in the perfect location to sample the best of SW Michigan's bounty. Our best restaurants, just blocks from the inn, do amazing things with fresh, local, organic, seasonal and sustainable ingredients. Our guests enjoy the Farmers market close by, and venture out on scenic drives to farm markets and u-pick farms to get the best of the season.

Even our name, Castle in the Country, says we are located in the midst of an abundant and varied local food region. We visit local farmers markets for fresh and organic local fruit, vegetables, cheeses, and meat at the peak of their season. We purchase and use CSA shares from local organic farms year-round (yes, even in winter.)
